2moTeam PMSuryaghar I would like to address my query! My details are as follows Name:- Mukund Vaishnav Consumer No.:- 130123027973 Subsidy Claim No.:- PMSG-11500-20240614-4 Application No.:- NP/952638/2024 I had submitted the subsidy claim request and done my solar inspection on 07 June 2024. Project Commissioning report is also generated on the same day and On 14 June 2024 I submitted Subsidy Claim Request. But yet it is not reflected on the portal and on the redeem subsidy showing a message Congratulations!!! Your Subsidy Redeem request is successfully submitted to RECL for further process. But on the chart of consumer portal or for vendor and discom portal is showing subsidy request is pending. And on the consumer portal also showing subsidy claim status is pending. As per 30 working days period it's over but yet i didn't receive my subsidy in my bank account nor I get back my application for back details correction.I cross checked my bank details everything is alright. I had raised a ticket regarding this on National Portal For Rooftop Solar with Ticket ID. NP/QT/0079690 on 16 July but still I didn't get revert on this Ticket ID.
