Xtra investment I have invested over Rs. 6 lakh in Xtra in bits and piece (generally Rs. 50000) generally for a period of 3 months carrying interest 12%, with intention that i get refund regularly so i can meet my house hold expenses, as i am a retired person aged 60. Suddenly in August 24, i find my investment merged in to a single amount and a repayment plan was given which was spread over 24 months. this has distorted my cash flows. I was seriously disturbed. I immediately called help line they said awaite till 2 of next month refund would be made. I waited but found that some small repayment made to me. Later on further policy changed now our deposits are attached to the loan repayment, this is highly objectionable. I have deposit with other NBFC/ Bank, no one link repayment with the repayment of borrower. I failed to understand which regulatory compulsion you have. I continued follow up for the refund of my deposits, but i got a standard reply stating that it is regulatory compliance. I am in a dire need of money and need refund of my balance investment, All my investment are due as per the original investment tenor. Shall appreciate if my deposits are refunded immediately.
