Commercial insurers are quickly realizing the value of telematics in assessing risk and creating unique products. When starting a commercial telematics program, carriers have several deployment methods to consider. These include developing a mobile app or hardware, partnering with TSPs or OEMs, or accessing data from policyholders' devices with the help of a telematics aggregator. As carriers scale, they must decide whether to support integrations in-house or partner with an aggregator. Our guide can help decision-makers navigate this decision and make the best choice for their organization. Stay ahead of the curve and learn more about the nuances of both approaches. #telematics #insurance #riskassessment #dataanalysis

T-Mobile exemplifies how you create customer loyalty... In the past year I've saved thousands! How? Free and/or *discounted services via T-Mobile Tuesdays (soon to be T Life)👇 Netflix annual subscription AppleTV annual subscription Hulu annual subscription SiriusXM 6-month subscription AAA annual membership *Shell / Fuel Rewards® Delta Air Lines and Alaska Airlines in-flight WiFi Major League Baseball (MLB) season subscription And more (https://lnkd.in/edY4C6r2) Their slogan, "Get Even More Without Paying More". And they deliver. Big time! I've been with AT&T, Verizon, and Xfinity (uses Verizon towers) and T-Mobile is hands down the best service at home and on the road. Look ma, No RFID, No QR code, No App! Just plug the charging connector and the car starts charging automatically. Introducing Secure Autocharge tech from Deepfleet. Autocharge creates "sticky" user sessions with the "source" CPO (where the customer first used our network through). Every time the customer connects the charging connector, the car automatically starts charging from the source CPO and billing/payment remains intact. We just went live with this feature and support both AC & DC chargers. Autocharge provides a superior user experience to the end-customer and significantly reduces customer churn. A happy customer brings two more. How does it work? When the connector is plugged in, our Roamcharge platform identifies the vehicle and the owner and checks with the source CPO if the charging can be initiated safely. The CPO then gives a go ahead after checking the account balance, user status, employee id (in case of fleets) and a few other parameters. For Autocharge we used a significantly different method that is secure, privacy-safe and provides seamless Autocharge over EV Roaming as well. P.S.: We just used the chargeMOD app just to demonstrate Autocharge. Autocharge can be done on almost every other charging network/CPO (even if they do not have Autocharge features built-in yet) without doing any code changes. P.S.: We are not against Plug n Charge and supports that as well. Let us know if, as a CPO or Fleet, you prefer PnC. #autocharge #iso15118 #plugandcharge #evcharging #evroaming Raman M Maxson Lewis Sandeep Bangia Maneesh T Awadhesh Kumar Jha Sahana L Gopinath Shyamasis Das Amit Bhatt Joel Yohannan Sunil Prabhakar Arvind Singh Bhadoria Ankur Bhatia Ankur Srivastava Monil Khatri Jijo Cherian N Sanjeev Kumar Firdosh Sheikh Rajat Hegde Chandresh Sethia Ravindra Mohan Anil Reddy G Akshit Bansal Vikas Bardia, CFA Vikas Jain Trishan Peruma Sameer Arif Sinclair Vishal Lavti Vishal Kanoria Pravin Kumar Paras Shah Inderveer Singh Aanchal Jain Amit Lakhotia Amitabh Saran Vilas Deshpande Kaushal Atodaria Kartik Hajela Vani Rikhy Mehra

Helping organisations grow through Business Transformation, Market Development, and Strategy. Partnership Development & growth marketing. Mobile | Payments | Commerce | Digital Wallets | Digital Identity | Transit
The Google wallet news last week has attracted a lot of interest around the #privacy landscape for #passports and #identity. But another little talked about piece of news, was the addition of #masstransit capability for concessionary fares, closed-loop and stored-value products. Having watched transit operators globally implement open-loop EMV payments, it's been great and no doubt improved the customer experience. But we can't forget the need for digitising some of the more traditional payment methods for certain segments of society. Are digital wallets finally representing their physical version?
Osmodal recognise the importance of customer choice in ticketing options. Whilst the world of #masstransit embraces digital open-loop payments and virtual cards, the need for physical tickets and cards still exists. It may be driven by factors such as social inclusion, concessionary #fares, privacy or personal financial management, but these traditional #transit cards and tickets aren't going away. Here is another #OEM wallet announcement and another place to store your transit tickets or cards. This time Google are including the functionality to add these payment and alternative fare methods to their #wallet. Osmodal is founded upon the knowledge and experience of experts who have worked for vendors and clients globally on fare payment integrations. Want to know more? We'll be at Smartex Limited and Public Transport Association Australia New Zealand events over the coming weeks and we'd love to hear what you think the landscape will look like in the next 5 years.

Helping Broadband Service Providers transform their businesses with new Go-to-Marketing propositions, as well as leveraging insights to drive more effective subscriber engagement
I love the analogy Dan Bloch uses here; comparing a fast broadband network to a brand new motorway with many lanes to accommodate the traffic 🚙. Once the new road is built, the driving experience isn't only defined by the road they're driving on, but also by the car they are driving 🏎️. ISPs that are focusing on delivering exceptional subscriber experiences, as oposed to only competing on price and speed, are poised to delight their subscribers and retain them for the longer term. 🚀 The UK has seen a rise of altnets that are challenging the incumbents with their fast and flexible broadband offerings. However, the average Net Promoter Score (NPS) for altnets in the UK is surprisingly low at 12. 🙁 This means that there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Altnets can change this by customising their subscriber experiences for both residential and business customers, delivering more relevant services and world-class customer support that exceed the subscriber's expectations. 🏆 ISPs are realising that the number of homes passed by their network is not a meaningful metric anymore, as it does not reflect the actual demand and usage of their services. Instead, the key to success is to grow the number of connected, engaged, and loyal subscribers, who value the quality and reliability of their broadband service, and who are willing to pay a premium for it. 💰 This is how ISPs can differentiate themselves from the competition and create a sustainable and profitable business model.💡 🔗https://ow.ly/VstF30szKfo #Altnets #SubscriberExperience #BrandPower #Calix
