For more than two months, the Sunrise Apps team and I have been formulating our #goals for 2024, and by February we had crystallized them to the right details. So, what do we want to get to in the new year? We have two main directions: Internally, we are moving towards #partnership. Where every employee can become a partner of the company at will, so that the speed of business development does not depend on 1-2 people, but is accelerated by 5-10 partners. Our goal is to build a system of development of partners and managers so that by the end of the year we have at least 1 partner, 3 top managers, line managers in each team and team leaders who can replace them. This will give each employee development opportunities and the business will grow into a group of companies. Another focus for the year is to launch a new product/service with a new partner. For this, in the first quarter we are working with the executives to position Sunrise Apps. In 2024 we want to re-cognize the market and its needs. We are now conducting problem interviews with our customers so that our services bring them even more value. At the same time, I am working on formulating my personal goals from the role of CEO, but I will tell you about that in my next post 🙌🏻.
