How to determine schedule risk in a way that the entire project can stack hands on? Here are 4 steps that give a framework to a simple method basing the impact on PRODUCTION, not dates. I'm curious to know what you think of this. So many times I sit in these risk meetings and am thinking to myself, I have no idea how they arrive at the conclusion and also, it's just a function of what the project can do...the MAX. I think sometimes we overcomplicate things and this is my attempt at bringing a little simplicity to a sometimes confusing subject. I'll paste a snip of the 4 steps in the comments.

Our final guiding principle in this series reminds us to “Manage the Risks”. Frequently reviewing potential risks to a project can reduce negative impacts before they become issues. We recommend reviewing and managing potential risks in the RAID log at least once per week, or more frequently as the project may require.
