Recently I scanned MRI patients with CPA Tumors but without a contrast media agent. He has had hearing problems, only the right ear for several months, and his face feels thick only the right side. There was no diagnostic before, but the referring physicians suspect some problem in the cranial nerve area, so he just wants to know 7 and 8 cranial nerves. I have rules in MRI Brain scanning. For the fourth one scan must be DWI, FLAIR, T2, and ToF. After that have to scan the most important sequence that gives information about the diagnosis or suspected diagnosis. So because the scanning without contrast media, I think I must give more information about the lesion with more detail. With BRAVO and T2 focus (with thin slice thickness = 1.00 mm). What is the greatest myth in Imaging . . .? (Reposting a few had said had trouble with my video-apologies) That somehow lower field strength and Open MR is inferior; the truth is they are just different and complimentary to 1.5T and 3T for the right practice. Check out this definition of the benefits of "weight bearing MRI" written by one of our customers in Florida. This is what makes our MR unique and in many ways superior to traditional MR and higher field Magnets. One of the comments I hear most often when I talk to patients who are being scanned on our OpenMR EVO is my back (or knee, or hip) doesn't hurt when I am lying down. We have the unique advantage of positioning patients to their symptoms of discomfort. When you combine this with extension and flexion capabilities you can get a more complete diagnosis for your patient. If you want to learn more, please comment or reach out - I am here to serve. 👇

Hello connection , Computed tomography is commonly referred to as a CT scan. A CT scan is a diagnostic imaging procedure that uses a combination of X-rays and computer technology to produce images of the inside of the body. It shows detailed images of any part of the body, including the bones, muscles, fat, organs and blood vessels. CT scans are more detailed than standard X-rays. In standard X-rays, a beam of energy is aimed at the body part being studied. A plate behind the body part captures the variations of the energy beam after it passes through skin, bone, muscle and other tissue. While much information can be obtained from a regular X-ray, a lot of detail about internal organs and other structures is not available. In CT, the X-ray beam moves in a circle around the body. This allows many different views of the same organ or structure and provides much greater detail. The X-ray information is sent to a computer that interprets the X-ray data and displays it in two-dimensional form on a monitor. Newer technology and computer software makes three-dimensional images possible. CT scans may be performed to help diagnose tumors, investigate internal bleeding, or check for other internal injuries or damage. CT can also be used for a tissue or fluid biopsy. #snsinstituition #snsdesignthinking #designthinkers

🚀 Application of Quantum DSA in Lymphangiosclerosis Quantum DSA is an advanced clinical application for real-time acquisition of high-definition subtraction images of the chest and abdomen. It can automatically perform the optimal mask matching and registration based on contrast images during the DSA exposure process, and can suppress artifacts caused by factors such as breathing and heartbeat. This function is widely used for patients who are unable to or have poor breath retention. It also has a good inhibitory effect on motion artifacts caused by diaphragm movement. It shows the DSA image of the chest of a 51-year-old male patient with chylous pericardial effusion. The patient has poor breath holding, but the physician could get clear images with real-time respiratory motion artifacts removal of #QuantumDSA imaging technology. #NeusoftMedical #InnovatingforYou #angiography

It’s the third week of OCT-ober and you know what that means! It’s time to highlight a new feature of OCT imaging. Abbott's OCT intravascular imaging system can help physicians understand the root cause of in-stent restenosis by identifying: 🔍The number of stent layers, including expansion of each layer 🔍 Stent fracture 🔍 Underexpansion due to calcium 🔍 Calcific and ruptured neoatherosclerosis See how Abbott’s Ultreon 2.0 Software automatically calculates and displays stent expansion to support a successful PCI strategy: www.Ultreon.com Safety Info: http://bit.ly/OCT_ISI #AbbottProud #OCTimaging #Stent
