I know there is a lot of debate whether it is good or not good for employee wellbeing, and for company productivity and performance but remote and hybrid working is here to stay. Yes, there is a lot to learn and adapt both for companies and for people working from home, but I do believe it will all fall into place eventually. The old, especially pre-covid, ways are adjourning, dismantling, and we’ll figure out the new ways of working and living as they are, and we are, forming and storming into it before it becomes our new normal.
