A lot of people that suffer from severe depression and and everything else that we've been talking about, it's so hard to take that first step. And it's so hard to admit to yourself that you carry a lot of the responsibility of how you're going to fix this. Oh yeah. And it's easy to blame others. And yes, something happened to you. I understand. And it wasn't your fault. Yeah. I'm sorry. Yeah, like this. Yeah, you. You have to be a productive you for yourself. Yeah, And for your family and for whatever else.
