You want a more fulfilling personal and professional life? I catalyze transformative leadership for those who recognize their potential and commit to do the work. We use my Success System Equation as framework & guide.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟐 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 ... 🚀 Commitment to Deliver (C2D) and Accountability to Honor (A2H) Ever wondered why some people seem to achieve their personal and professional goals effortlessly while others struggle? The secret lies in the compounding combination of commitment and accountability. Your outcome follows a system. Let’s break this down in a simple formula: 𝑶𝒖𝒕𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 = (𝟏+𝑪𝟐𝑫) ^𝑨𝟐𝑯 Where: C2D = Commitment to Deliver A2H = Accountability to Honor Using a scale of 1-10 for both C2D and A2H, see how results dramatically change with the delta in commitment and accountability. 🔸 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: (1 + 4/10)ˆ4 = 3.84 🔸 H𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: (1 + 8/10)ˆ8 = 110.20 Test the formula and discover how even a modest increase in commitment, when paired with higher accountability, leads to exponentially better outcomes. 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🔥 This formula applies to your personal and professional life, and equally to organizations. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 📈 🔸 𝐂𝟐𝐃 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. • It’s the level of commitment one has towards achieving a goal, towards making it happen. • It represents dedication, effort, and the drive to meet and/or exceed expectations. • It’s not what you say you will do; it is what you do to deliver. 🔸 𝐀𝟐𝐇 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. • This term emphasizes the importance of maintaining accountability with a true sense of honor. • It means showing the outcome committed to, not just making promises. • It’s being true to one’s word, principles and values (what is important to you). 🔸 𝐒𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 • Accountability only comes into play when commitment is confirmed. • C2D fuels your efforts, while A2H ensures those efforts are grounded in integrity and honor. 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 ✅ 🔸 Test the formula. Find out how it is an important tool for you to be your own CEO.

My experiences on both the client and agency sides of the business have taught me that transparency, fairness, and proactiveness are key. When these values prevail, everyone wins. I thank the good, the bad, and the not-so-pretty sides of this industry for teaching me what to watch out for and the kinds of people I want to work with. READ THE ARTICLE: https://lnkd.in/gxVYv6um

3rd Pillar of Trust: Character Who is someone you admire for having high character? How do you handle an employee who does not show good character? What is a top personal value no one can take away? Why Character? People notice those who do what's right over what's easy. Building character: - Do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, whether you feel like it or not. - It’s important to be consistent with your thoughts, words, and actions. - Hold on to your strong moral compass. You’ll be respected for it! What are your decision-making values? These are the values that truly guide our decisions. When we know our values, our decision-making becomes faster and more congruent. Reliability is a good example of a decision-making value. With this value, you will make decisions based on your commitment to reliability. Respect is a top value for many. This value tends to mean you will treat everyone, regardless of their title, cultural background, or belief system with respect, and will in turn, carry themselves in such a way to earn the respect of others. Defining your decision-making values moves you down the path to being trusted! And also creates what Michael Millar has coined "Your Trajectory of Integrity."

Trust is a judgment made by someone about someone else, and it happens in language. Businesses thrive when trust is present, and leaders benefit from listening openly to others’ assessments of trustworthiness. Here are four dimensions of trust assessment: 🤝 Sincerity: This involves assessing whether a person’s internal conversations align with their external ones. It’s about detecting hidden agendas. 🤝 Competency: It’s an evaluation of a person’s or organization’s ability to deliver on their promises. 🤝 Reliability: This dimension considers the history of fulfilling and managing commitments over time. 🤝Care: It’s about assessing whether the person has your interests or well-being in mind when making decisions. https://lnkd.in/e9_KaSNZ I do this at least once a year. I go back and re-read our Core Value and Core Principles. Our Core Principles represent the ideal behaviors that will make us individually and collectively successful. They are rooted in our mission and our vision, emanate from our Core Values, and define our Culture: What we aim to cultivate in our organization, what we value, and what we aspire to be. In addition to our Core Values, which are threaded throughout these Principles, the overarching themes include trust, teamwork, empathy, imagination, inclusion, empowerment, ownership, and the power of resilience, embodied in the words of poet Alfred Lord Tennyson: “Strong in will to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.” CISA Rocks!
