🤝 MC4 partners gathered today and yesterday in France at CHOMARAT Group, for the month 30 general meeting of the project. Repeat.   My project at Polytech is ending soon, and I look forward to revealing what I and other great people have been working on in the past many months hence my colleague Marc Foldager's post. So make sure to follow Polytech to be the first to know. Trust builds trust via openness, transparency, and willingness to cooperate across business units instead of staying in the traditional department trenches where sales are overpromising to customers and R&D will not commit to a product roadmap. Meanwhile, marketing is stuck in the middle with a launch plan that will hardly fly. At Polytech, they do it differently. Having a shared and aligned go-to-market plan where all stakeholders across the organization have a say and concerns and opportunities are openly discussed. This fosters trust and confidence in the solution and people who are responsible for product development, validation and sales. So Polytech, Thorbjørn N. Moving ahead together with Oerlikon and ENGEL - introducing digital solutions for efficient injection molding processes

An interesting thing is that both these projects will have post project activity based on individual organizations having interest and aligned activities in the topics. In both data is central from the developed SiC technologies. For the future the digitalization will be an added dimension for tokenization and embedded sustainability accounting.
