There are 5 critical challenges in B2B Sales that reps face daily: 1. Accessing the right decision makers. Be the very best sales hunter in the world, you can't close B2B Sales talking to non-decision makers. 2. Long-winding buying processes and deal cycle. If you don't know how to maneuvere the customers buying process and shorten the deal cycle, you will struggle. 3. Stakeholder management- in B2B especially with enterprise customers the interests are much and diverse. It is your duty as a sales person to align multiple stakeholders. 4. Timing- in B2B sales timing is everything. If your sales objective is lacking ib strategic alignment to organizational objectives it would always be a hard sell. 5. Closing- Selling is different from closing. In B2B many stakeholders may be 1000% sold and still not buy. Funny right? Yeah. Nice presentations are important but that alone would not close the deal. At the B2B Sales Master Class we show participants how to 1. Reach the real decision makers 2. Shorten the deal cycle 3. Create strategic alignment 4. Manage multiple stakeholders 5. Close B2B deals. Lead Generation | Virtual Assistant | Helping clients move from unproductive administrative tasks to a realm of productivity and organization while also empowering businessess to generate leads that converts to sales
Struggling with low sales? One of my throw backs to when I started working with this Healthcare brand in lagos in their first year of operation. I was first contracted for a two weeks work cover after the two weeks I traveled and the CEO Sent me a DM he would like me to work full time for him. after so many back and forth with offer we got into business. let me tell you one of the strategy I used in improving sales when client's come. 1. Don't recommend your product immediately after they finish talking 2. show some empathy and talk extensively about the condition. 3. Explain things to avoid or stop if possible to prevent further damage. 4. Talk about the other effects if this thing is not well managed. This points above shows how knowledgeable you are about the condition and not just you wanting to make sales. I will drop the remaining points tomorrow morning follow Israel Leo for more updates. I help businesses create systems and processes that gives 70% Productivity and boost sales Share with me in the comment section what are your challenges with meeting your sales target. #sales #marketing #customersupport #administrative #leadgeneration

During my tenure as the regional service manager in the western part of Nigeria, I had a lot of peculiar customers and a very huge clientele base. However I had these two goons in #Kwara state, one was the storekeeper, and the other was the procurement manager. These guys are gates, if you are a Christian you will remember our Lord Jesus addressed some ancient gates in the bible before he could proceed to collect the keys from hell, these guys are the gates of great sales for the month in that axis if you know what I mean. They can be gates of happiness or sadness if they are on your journey plan for that week. I am talking about pivots here, you must not joke with these two and they have specific times and days you can see them individually or collectively. They will teach you patience, endurance, perseverance, and tolerance. However, once you can get what you have projected to obtain from them for that week, you will be the happiest person of the day. Why am I referring to these people? Why do I need to talk about my favorite Tom and Jerry? There is this concept we call the sales psychology every salesperson must be equipped with to navigate and chart the course of successfully closing a sale week in and week out... Sales psychology refers to the understanding of human behavior, emotions, and decision-making processes to influence purchasing decisions positively. Here are some key principles of sales psychology: 1. Understanding Customer Needs: By listening actively and asking insightful questions, they can tailor their pitch to address specific pain points and offer relevant solutions. 2. Building Rapport: Salespeople who can create a genuine connection with customers are more likely to influence their buying decisions positively. 3. Social Proof: Humans are influenced by the actions and opinions of others. Salespeople leverage social proof by showcasing testimonials, reviews, and endorsements to demonstrate the value and reliability of their products or services. 4. Scarcity and Urgency: Creating a sense of scarcity or urgency can motivate customers to act quickly. The two guys love promos, Bonuses, and incentives. 5. Reciprocity: By offering something of value upfront, PR is key with customers. 6. Anchoring and Pricing Strategies: Anchoring involves presenting a high-priced option first to make subsequent options seem more affordable. 7. Overcoming Objections: #Effective salespeople anticipate and address potential objections by providing relevant information, offering solutions to concerns, and highlighting the benefits of their products or services. 8. Emphasizing Benefits Over Features: Rather than focusing solely on product features, successful salespeople emphasize the benefits that #customers will experience. By applying these principles of #sales #psychology, sales #professionals can build rapport, establish #trust, and ultimately drive sales #success.
