Commercial Strategist | Empower people to develop and grow

As you embark on your professional journey, remember that 98% of HR professionals conduct thorough background research on social media platforms when evaluating potential candidates. 🕵️♂️ Why is this important? 🤔 Holistic Assessment: Beyond your LinkedIn profile, your online presence across all platforms matters. Employers scrutinize your posts, comments, and interactions to gain insights into your character, values, and judgment. First Impressions Count: Your digital footprint can either enhance or hinder your chances of landing that dream job. 🚀 Consistency Matters: Ensure alignment between your professional persona and your online behavior. What you share reflects on your personal brand. Your posts could be a deciding factor in the hiring process. 📝 So, review your content thoughtfully, maintain professionalism, and present your best self online! 🌐 #careerpathway #personalbranding
