Contract Nullity Due to Lack of Capacity: After four years, I find myself having discovered my true passion in contracts and contract drafting. Despite discussing numerous cases, whether simple or complex, criminal or civil, labor or commercial, I always find myself increasingly drawn to contracts and contract law. I believe I have finally found my calling, and this will be my focus as I continue in this profession. Contract nullity due to lack of capacity means that the contract becomes invalid or unenforceable if one of the parties lacks the legal capacity to contract. For instance, if a party is a minor or not fully mentally competent, the contract might be considered void. This means the contract is not binding and may be canceled or the affected party may be compensated #ContractPassion. #ContractNullity.
