Quick Headers are a temporary, removable beam support form used by masonry contractors when building masonry lintels over window or door openings. These patented steel purlins have extendable/retractable trays on each end providing flexibility when setting the form. Quick Headers range in sizes from 2’ to 16’ in length, in one-foot increments, and completely eliminate the need for traditional wood buck shoring, precast and steel imbeds or lintels. A post shore is only needed every six feet of length and can be installed in a matter of minutes. The masons and General Contractors who use Quick Headers save as much as 50% to 60% when compared to building out of wood bucks, and much more when compared to precast and steel lintels.
