If you understand that even as a team you win for yourself, you will understand why teams most of the time do not win. You will find that the more individuals on any given team who want to win for themselves, the more that team as a whole wins over all. So forget the team concept. Be an individual and win more often even as part of a team.

You can’t build a strong team by choosing members based on personal preferences. Instead, select teammates for their knowledge and skills, even if they don’t always agree with you. True strength comes from setting aside bias and focusing on the goal. #team #success #goal

Know your team. Every individual in a team has different strengths, capabilities, and weaknesses. Once you know your team members well, you will be able to adjust according to their unique skills. It's your duty as the team's leader to know your team. Once you do, you can then become exceptionally good at leading your team.
