Well to all my LinkedIn friends the News, I have Retired, 28+ years at Mohegan Sun as the Executive Pastry Chef and Director of Culinary, time has flown but some great memories creating some special moments in show work, Guinness World record Largest Wedding Cake 15,035 lbs Gingerbread House 28 feet high and guests can walk through , creating full size at Fort Benning Abrams M1 tank 32,000 lbs , and yes 12 chocolate dresses worn for at least 2-4 hours for guests and much more . When I came to America back in 1982 opening Le Meridien Hotel chain in Boston and lucky enough to work with Paul Bocuse with there opening and his visit each year then on great times and great memories with, now next chapter who knows , Thank you all for your friendship and passion for this work we all do, Lynn Mansel
