Office, not unlike every other typology, is simply going through its own re-brand. Stream Realty Partners RiverSouth - Austin project is one such example of this visionary Client’s exploration and evolution towards a more unique, highly-amenitized working/living environment. The program includes 20,000 SF of ground level restaurant, cafe and retail spaces. The building also incorporates new multi-modal connections, on-site bike valet, showers, sky terrace, and habitable green roof. I was priced out of my own office building. Although there’s more than 100k square feet of empty office space in the neighborhood, we were maxed out of space in our building. Because of the high-demand, it just made more financial sense to rent out my own office space in the building and rent a smaller office elsewhere. When you go out of your way to create a unique space, people notice. It’s the little things that make a big difference to the ideal tenants.
