How do we help children with the change in time. Whether we lose an hour or gain an hour…its change to our body rhythms. It always takes me a few days to adjust and it may mess with my attitude and normal schedule. And so, think about your children at this time and provide them with extra patience and quiet time. Whether at home or school, there is a subtle shift until our bodies adjust. Be mindful of this and create quiet times and more relaxing activities. Transforming lives of parents and women to be the better version of themselves… more confident, grateful, charismatic, positive mindset etc
🤩This quote emphasizes the importance of building a child’s self-esteem through positive reinforcement and support from parents. 💭Imagine a child’s self-esteem as a metaphorical bucket that needs to be filled with encouragement, love, and confidence. 👨👩👧👦When parents consistently provide a nurturing environment, it creates a strong foundation for the child’s sense of self-worth. For example, ✅if a child is praised for their efforts and achievements, it contributes to filling their self-esteem bucket. ❌Conversely, if a child faces constant criticism or lacks encouragement, it can poke holes in their self-esteem, potentially leading to insecurity and self-doubt as they navigate the challenges of the world. 💡The idea is to fortify the child’s self-esteem early on, so external pressures have less impact on their overall confidence and well-being. Hope this helps.❤️ Your Parenting Partner Karishma 🥰 #parentingwisdom #buildingselfesteem #positivereinforcement #childdevelopment #nurturingenvironment #confidencebuilding #supportiveparenting #encouragementmatters #healthyselfesteem #positiveparenting

Parenting Coach - Empowering Families 🌟 Helping Parents Find Their BEST VERSION OF PARENTING| Enabling Parents to Nurture Connection and raise confident, strong, happy, powerful individuals and leaders🌟
Building Trust Through Understanding: The Impact of Our Actions When a child is hurt by someone they trust, like a parent, it can confuse them and can be really distressing for them. They might wonder why someone they love would cause them pain, leading to feelings of fear, shame, and ultimately, anger. 😡🗯️ As parents, it's crucial to recognize the deep impact our actions have on our children's emotional well-being. So next time you are about to resort to hitting, Try on calm communication( easier said than done I know). But you do not want to tarnish your relationship and indeed your childs self-esteem.. isnt it?? By explaining what they did wrong in a gentle and understanding manner, we help them grasp the consequences of their actions without fear. This approach, though it requires patience, is far more effective in teaching and nurturing our children. 🤗 Remember, every moment is an opportunity to build connection and empower them with valuable life lessons. Let's commit to guiding our children with empathy and love. 💖👨👩👧👦 #EmpatheticParenting #PositiveDiscipline #EmotionalWellBeing #BuildingTrust #ParentingTips #HealthyParenting #ChildhoodDevelopment #PositiveParenting #GentleParenting #ParentingJourney

Love comes in all shapes and forms.
❓ DID YOU KNOW? The first few months of life are crucial for a child's healthy development. Studies show that active parental involvement during this time promotes emotional security, self-esteem, and essential cognitive skills. Regardless of the family structure, love defines family: two dads, two moms, or single parents, all shape the future with full hearts." I hope this translation conveys the message that love and commitment to children's well-being are what truly matter in a family, no matter the configuration. 🏳️🌈👨👨👦👩👩👧👪 #FreeEqual #ParentalLeave #walkingthewalk

I’m talking here about the importance of seeing through our children's lenses. Imagine looking at the world through their eyes—how they see us, our interactions, and how we communicate with them. It’s not easy to wonder what our kids are thinking or feeling, especially during tough moments. Next time you’re having a hard time with your child, pause, take a deep breath and try to think about how they’re feeling and how they see the situation. This is called Mindsight. How do they interpret our actions and words? Every interaction is a chance to shape their view of themselves and the world. Remember, our children reflect what they see from us. What we say and do becomes their inner voice or inner critic and shapes how they grow. By being mindful of our responses, we can help them develop into confident resilient and understanding individuals who know their worth and value. What are your thoughts on seeing things from your child's perspective? Comment below and share your experiences! 🌟👶 . . . #parentingtips #understandingourkids #positiveparenting #parentingadvice #kidsperspective #parentingtipsandtricks #empathicparenting #raisingkids #childdevelopment #mindfulparenting #parentingjourney #parentinghacks #familydynamics #effectivecommunication #parenting101

Hey parents! 🚨 Ever wondered if something you’re doing might unintentionally affect your kids’ growth and happiness? 🤔 Think about this: If I asked what your kids could improve on, you’d probably have ideas right away. But if I asked what they do well, it might be harder to list the positives. 🔑 Here’s the key change: focus on their strengths instead of their weaknesses. Compliment their positive qualities and reduce the negative feedback. ✅ Of course, still correct what needs correcting, but emphasize their gifts more. This shift can transform your child’s future tremendously. 🌟 Let’s build a brighter future together! #ParentingTips #PositiveParenting #ChildDevelopment #FocusOnStrengths #HappyKids #ParentingHacks #FamilyLife
