Marbella needs authentic branded residences not luxury brand name only poor imitations. To capitalise on the growing global movement of the worlds HNW & UHNW community Marbella needs true branded residences. In my opinion unless there is a hotel as part of the branded residence it will never live up to the service standards and expectations it should. Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental and St Regis are world leaders in service and have a mass following of loyal guests. We don’t recommend and I don’t like or admire fashion label or car branded residences - I think they have reduced the value significantly of true luxury branded residences and the services offered. There’s a significant opportunity to really deliver a luxury branded residence in Marbella in the surrounding Andalusian landscape.
