I stole this from another’s post I just read…. ❓Curious what my friends here think??❓ His post : “The hiring market is getting wild. I have multiple stores that I help hire and train staff. That’s part of what we offer. I posted 4 adds 48 hours ago. Here are the numbers: Sales/Desk Manager - 25 applicants (all qualified) Sales Person - 4 applicants Service Manager - 18 applicants Technician - 2 applicants The market is flooded with managers right now looking to move. Finding the front line staff (sales and techs) is growing harder and harder. I have seen this trend increasing the last few years. I think there is going to be a market shift coming. Managers will make less and the front line people will be making more. Owners are going to have to make the shift to employ a competent sales staff. How many managers are going to be willing to make less money to keep the title? How many will go back to sales?”
