I write this as a reminder to the recruiter(s) who might be reviewing my page after receiving my resume. Don’t choose a person simply because of the previous title they had, or the industry specific experience being the exact same. Choose the person that is well rounded in the relative skills and eager to prove they’ve got what it takes to be successful in the role. My past professional experience versus the roles I’m qualified for, let’s talk about it.
