Norwegian micromobility operator Ryde Technology has entered three new Swedish cities: Malmö, Lund, and Örebro. Bringing its total presence to 16 cities in Sweden and 42 cities across Europe, Ryde’s latest launch features its newest model: the ‘Ryder v.8’. “This has several new features and an optimised design to improve user experience and safety. The foot stand is broader and the geometry is updated which gives a better experience and improved balance when in use,” Ryde CEO Tobias W. Balchen told Zag Daily. Just touched down in Sweden 🇸🇪, filled with energy and inspiration after an incredible few days at the Bits & Pretzels in Munich 🥨. My first (but probably not the last..) time wearing a Lederhosen 🇩🇪. I want to share some key insights and reflections from my days: 1️⃣ The Power of AI and Automation: Many enterprises are embracing the opportunity to transform operations, cut costs, and drive efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions tailored to their specific needs. The momentum is undeniable. 2️⃣ A Shift Away from Giant SaaS Platforms: I’m seeing a fascinating trend — pioneering companies are moving away from only using massive SaaS platforms. Instead, they’re opting for more agile, customizable tech stacks. This shift not only reduces costs but also enables a more flexible and dynamic approach to technology. 3️⃣ AI Customization is Key: Enterprises are now seeking AI solutions that can target their unique challenges. By addressing specific pain points, they’re laying the groundwork for scalable automation, combining flexibility with cost efficiency in a way that drives innovation. 4️⃣ Representing Ebbot on the Global Stage: One of the highlights for me was the overwhelmingly positive response to Ebbot.
