Verizon is hoping to impact customer experience with new GenAI tools that include a Personal Research Assistant for accurate information, "Fast Pass" for efficient customer pairing, and a Personal Shopper for tailored solutions. This customer service use case seems like the right place to start for so many of the services that we have come to rely on but deplore the customer service experience.
