The gym is essential for improving your serve. First, it helps prevent injuries, but it also enhances serve efficiency. When I say this, I particularly emphasize the combination of stability and strength. We must be strong enough to maintain stability in certain positions without losing energy and, simultaneously, explosive enough to serve faster.
