Team TTLT in person! We are a fully remote team, and for the second year, we came together for a week of together time to: 1. Spend quality fun time together. 2. Learn how our travelers enter our community and how we can serve them better. 3. Align responsibilities and workflows as we change into new roles. Since 2019, we’ve proudly served over 100 clients worldwide. Some might wonder if we’re pumping up the numbers or simply bad at math, especially considering we’ve got less than 30 members on our team (and a mere five of us in the first year). One might even think we’re all about quantity over quality. Well, those skeptical people can bite their tongues, sit back, and watch this time-lapse compilation as evidence (sorry for the warp speed — it’s the only way to show *a fraction* of our portfolio). It’s a piece of cake when you mix: 1) passionate professionals teaming up with other talented people, assigned to projects that match their skills; 2) an international squad that seamlessly collaborates round-the-clock across different time zones to meet deadlines; 3) a streamlined process that eliminates the dreaded back-and-forth with clear milestones; 4) an approach centered on actually listening to clients and championing their success. So, we spilled the beans. There’s no mystery when you cut through the bullsh*t of agencies peddling what clients don’t need, stretching deadlines, creating unnecessary touchpoints, and prioritizing prizes and portfolios over real solutions. Here’s to more hundreds to come.

In today’s competitive news environment, we know that success often depends on figuring out ways to capture attention through new opportunities and ideas. But in order to do that, your team needs to feel comfortable experimenting, being open to “bad” ideas, and embracing them as part of the process that gets you one step closer to a great new approach. A good first step: suggest the first bad idea and laugh at it- show others it’s OK to do the same.
We set aside time for our team to experiment and try out new ideas. We know we are on the right path, when we hear laughter, see a bunch of ideas on the cutting room floor, and everyone’s imagination is sparked by the final product.
