🌟 Celebrating 8 Years of GlobePack*🌟 Thank you all for your work anniversary wishes. Looking back at GlobePack’s 8-year journey, I’m reminded of the incredible ups and downs that have shaped us into the company we are today. From navigating the challenges of finding the right people for the right roles to managing the growing pains that come with business expansion, it’s been quite a ride. This past year has been especially pivotal. We’ve experienced significant growth and recently rebranded to better align with our vision for the future. What makes me most proud, though, is that despite all the changes, we’ve stayed true to the values we started with. I believe that’s been a huge part of our success. Before starting GlobePack, I had already been in this industry for many years. At just 17, I began working for my father’s company, Lex Machinery, where I spent 12 years learning the ropes. After my father passed away, some of his team joined us at GlobePack, and having them here has made this journey even more meaningful. My father taught me everything I know about this industry, and his influence continues to drive me every day. Over the past few years, we’ve established ourselves as a significant player in the BFS industry, and I couldn’t be prouder. As we look ahead, I’m excited for what’s to come and grateful for everyone who’s been part of this journey so far. In 1919, when the Bauhaus was founded in Weimar, Hugo Junkers was already an established engineer and entrepreneur, known for his revolutionary ideas in aircraft construction. Although Junkers was not directly associated with the Bauhaus, he shared the movement's fundamental principles: functionality, simplicity, and the use of modern technologies and materials in design. Hugo Junkers' influence on the Bauhaus is best understood through his innovative constructions and progressive use of materials such as duralumin. These materials were also applied in the designs of the Bauhaus school, particularly in architecture and furniture design, where simplicity of form and functionality were paramount. Imagine a scene where Bauhaus students undertake an excursion to the Junkers works. Fascinated by the airplanes, they recognise the parallels to their own ideals: the fusion of art and technology, the creation of objects that are both beautiful and practical. Inspired by Junkers' pioneering work, they return to the studio, ready to push the boundaries of traditional art and create something entirely new. Thus, although Hugo Junkers was not directly a part of the Bauhaus, his spirit of innovation and pursuit of functionality were closely intertwined with the ideals of the Bauhaus movement. His legacy continues in the timeless Bauhaus designs celebrated to this day, and in every Junkers watch that measures not only time but also tells a story of creativity and progress.

25 Years of TAKKT 🎉 Today, we celebrate a significant milestone in our history – 25 years ago we started our journey as a stock-listed company 📈 A lot has changed in the last 25 years. We‘ve started out as a mail-order company and today we generate more than half of our business via e-commerce. We‘ve broadened our product range substantially with the addition of office furniture, foodservice products, displays and packaging.
