This study builds on research by Delgadillo and Bushman (2015) and offers a deep dive into the Money Habitudes tool. Their research looks at the internal structure of Money Habitudes to validate its continued use by professionals to facilitate financial planning discussions that address financial behaviors and attitude The findings provide actionable insights and offer new ways to integrate Money Habitudes into financial planning and coaching relationships. Financial literacy with regard to the inadequate designs resulting in the least experienced workforce in our history and the need to support of most and best delivery team members for maximal experience and continuity in same specialty or area with the same team members and patients learning also in the community dimension (also addresses toxic environments work and home) 3. Common sense to understand that outcomes are not about obsessive measurement disorder and common sense to understand lower productivity, burnout, and worse are made worse by meaningless micromanagement.
