🚀 The future of work isn't just coming; it's already here - and it's remote! 💻 But wait, isn't tech all about fancy offices with free snacks and ping-pong tables?🏓 Remote work is no longer the exception in tech; it's become the rule. As the world pivoted online, the tech industry didn't skip a beat: 👩💻 Nurturing a global talent pool – talent has no zip code in the cloud! 🌐 Embracing asynchronous communication – productivity on your own time, across time zones. 🏡 Achieving a work-life balance – less commuting, more coding

WFH/Remote/Office/Hybrid? This is dependent on your role in the corporate space you function in. In some job functions such as IT-based or trader positions, this could work in the individual's favor, as they could incorporate flexible working hours, coupled with the benefits of eliminating travel time, eradicating random unproductive office chat, and ultimately being more productive and happier than if based in the office. I for one work as a DevOps Engineer, and structure my day around optimizing my workflow, to work smart, with the by-product of having higher productive levels than if I was in the office. I understand the need for colleague engagement, but with the way AI and VR are headed, we will soon find ourselves working and interacting with our peers in a virtual environment. So, I guess adoption here is key to ensure that you are not left behind in the future high-end tech way of working that the 4th Industrial Revolution is giving birth to. I think working in an office environment is both archaic and non-beneficial when it comes to performance analysis between the two ecosystems of WFH/Remote and being present in the office.

You'd be surprised by how many times the obvious answer is the right one. 👍 In this case, the simple is: "Remote work is here to stay so is best to jump in early". 📈  So let's try not to overthink this much, remote work IS THE ANSWER. ✅ #worksmart #AWS #remotework #staffignagency #teamwork

The hybrid work verdict is out👨⚖️.
