Hello, my name is Anita, I'm the Marketing manager for The Good Beach. We are a very vibrant, inclusive and eco friendly beach resort in the heart of Lagos State. We welcome both local and foreign guests. We asked them to immerse themselves into a very dreamlike relaxation space. Our extraordinary dining experience, our array of water sport activities, general entertainment and nightlife. We want our customers to come in and have a fantastic top. But some experience and one of the things we've been able to do is to ensure that something as basic as making payment for your services is as seamless, convenient as possible. Using money points for the last few months has been pure bliss for us as a business and particularly because our customers are able to come in and have like seamless transactions done in literally seconds. And I think that is a very great start strategy for us as a business to strengthen our relationship with. Are consumers. One of the things I'm particularly happy about is that I have literally almost 0 feedback from customers saying, ohh, I just did a transaction on your space, I need a refund because I was debited twice or I had a few transaction. And it's really fantastic to see that we can have minimal complaints when it comes to payment solutions as a business. So I'm just going to deviate a bit. I'll speak about this from a personal point of view. I was in Kaduna some months back and I was in the quite rural area of Kaduna. And I kept asking myself, how am I gonna make withdrawals? And the only solution available to to me at the time where point of sales, terminal withdrawals. And for the four times that I needed to make withdrawals, all of them were money points terminals. And I'm like, OK, so money point is in Kaduna, fantastic to see. But yeah, it was just great. It was good experience. Money pointers introduced the personal banking service which means people like me can open Moneypoint bank accounts. Right. And I think this makes a lot of sense, especially from the business side of things, because I can already attest that there are peers, terminals guarantee you successful transactions. So it only makes sense to use your money point cards to carry out your transactions because they've been able to show to us that you can make seamless payments, transactions, wherever, whenever.
