Lower your cost of goods to improve your margins. 3. Increase purchase frequency by reducing churn. 4. Utilize cross sells, upsells, and downsells to sell more to your customers. 5. Offer upsells to sell more of the same thing to your customers. 6. Implement downsells strategically to maximize customer value.
