However, it's not just about bringing employees together, but also ensuring a collaborative partnership between employees and management. Unfortunately, a gap often exists between management and employees, hindering effective execution of initiatives. To eliminate this gap, it's essential that open and honest communication exists between management and the team. Sharing of vision and ideas is crucial for effective execution of initiatives. Contrary to popular belief, teams are actually less productive than individuals working alone. Best estimates show that on average three or four individuals are as productive as one team of six. So individuals on their own are far more effective and efficient than groups and teams. however most of today’s complex work has to be done by teams consisting of individuals with a common purpose.
