GNC Distribution has partnered with Corvus Robotics and their Corvus One Autonomous Inventory Drone. Corvus One flies nightly missions autonomously through out our Phoenix, AZ DC counting hundreds of locations each night before docking and downloading its results. When our Inventory Team arrives in the morning, discrepancy reports are waiting for them to take action on. Based on our first three weeks of flying we are estimating we will count our entire DC 10 times per year with one Inventory Drone and three strategically placed landing pads. The Corvus Robotics solution will not only increase our inventory accuracy in our reserve locations, it will free up our cycle counters to focus on our forward pick locations, increasing our frequency 4x per year. Autonomous Inventory Drones are the next phase in GNC Distribution Robotics Journey. #TeamGNC #CorvusRobotics
