Greetings of the day!! After a long break, I'm back with a new blog which analyzes the qualifying performances and pace deltas of the teams in 2 phases: Pre- Summer break and Post- Summer break. This analysis helps to understand which team had a good car initially and which team improved its performance over the season. I would love it if you guys read it and share your thoughts on it. Competition is self improvement

You'd think this was a representation of the corporate world, where management and staff fiercely fight over the reins of business management. On the one hand, there's management, which fails to perform its management task (the function of supporting those who carry out the activity and business), and on the other hand, there's staff, which fails to perform its task of carrying out the activity and business, a fundamental function in any company understood as a time-space for the distribution of the right skills.) 

Run is such a way as to win the prize.

On Monday morning, the world will wake up to a new #1 men's tennis player as 22-year-old Jannik Sinner becomes the first Italian ever to achieve this milestone. Jannik is a quiet hero who, through hard work, humility, and the support of an amazing team, has reached the pinnacle of tennis. Here are three lessons from Jannik and his team, which can be applied to any professional team: 1. "The most important thing is to strive to do your best in life. After that, the rest is beyond your control. Life is unpredictable: a match you seem to be losing might turn into a win, and one you think you have won might slip away at match point. Sometimes, to win, you must continue to endure." 🌟 Resilience over uncertainty: Navigating uncertain territories is difficult and exhausting. Getting yourself to focus on what you can control is difficult but something that helps me staying sane when everything feels overwhelming. 2. "I don’t believe in talent as something you are born with. You earn it. You might have slightly better abilities, but it's only through hard work that you'll rise above. The ones who work the hardest are the ones with true talent." 🌟 Redefining Talent: Talent is developed through dedication and hard work, not just inherent ability. Cultivating a strong work ethic can lead to incredible achievements, no matter what is your start in life. 3. "I treat everyone the same way, whether it's the number 1 player or someone cleaning the locker rooms. I always behave the same way, with respect and politeness." 🌟 Respect: Embrace a culture that recognises everyone's contribution to success. There are so many people behind a successful teams that are there to make it happen, let's not forget it. #Leadership #Teamwork #Resilience

The current real estate market is showing some positive trends for buyers in 2024. After a period of high home price growth and soaring mortgage rates, the market is stabilizing, offering better borrowing costs and increased home supply. There is an expected 5% increase in home sales this year, with an estimated 4.3 million transactions. For those looking to buy, homes are selling relatively quickly, often within 29 days. It's essential to stay on top of new listings and consider signing up for real-time notifications from platforms like Realtor.com, Redfin, and Zillow. In specific markets like Sarasota and Manatee Counties, there has been a slight decrease in median and average sale prices compared to last year, indicating more favorable conditions for buyers. For example, in Manatee County, the median sale price for single-family homes decreased by 7% from last year, while the average sale price is also slightly down. Overall, buyers can expect a more balanced market with opportunities to negotiate better deals and find homes that meet their criteria without the fierce competition seen in previous years.
