We pridefully broadcast our victories and shamefully hide our failures because we mistakenly equate what we do with who we are. We tie our self worth to whatever it is we can present to outwardly exemplify achievement to others. We tie our identity to our ability to consistently present the highest and best version of ourselves. With this way of thinking, a failure at an endeavor makes a person a failure. But this isn’t true. They’re just a person experiencing a temporary failure. Don’t judge yourself based on the fact that you have taken a fall. Judge yourself based on your willingness to do whatever it takes to get back up. Even if it means you have to go backwards to go forwards.

Whatever happened, happened for the good. Whatever is happening, happening for the good. Whatever will happen, will also happen for the good. - Shri Krishna I believe everything happens for a reason. Life is full of twists and turns, sometimes it's hard to understand why certain things happen. Sometimes things happen in life that seem random or unfair and we wonder why it's happening to us but we can't do anything. Then we try to question and seek meaning in those situations but we may not find a clear answer. Sometimes challenges come our way for reasons beyond our understanding. All these challenges: shape us guide us So, trust the journey, stay resilient and keep an open mind and believe that there's a reason behind everything happens. It's like the pieces of puzzle. Truth may not always be bitter. But many times it is. Here are few important bitter truths that I have learnt about the otherwise beautiful corporate world:- 1. Nobody respects a poor philosopher. 2. Some higher-ups do not respect other's time. 3. Promises are made to be broken. 4. Most people who backbite others in your presence will do the same for you in your absence. 5. Greed never ends. 6. If you complete your task in an hour, you have not applied your ability properly. If you take few hours extra, you are underperforming. 7. Nobody takes constructive criticism happily. 8. Sabhi gyaan denge.And that will be mostly to use you.

At this point in my life, these words resonate with me, but they didn’t always. ➡️ It’s the truth that standing up for yourself is worth more than the fleeting approval of others. It’s a declaration of self assurance and independence from the societal or organizational expectations. This wasn’t always the case for me either. I wanted to fit in. I worked like hell to meet the expectations. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned that this breeds self doubt and not feeling good enough. ➡️ But what does it mean to embrace the role of the villain? It means rejecting the notion that fitting in is more important than standing out. It means daring to challenge the status quo, even if it means facing ridicule or rejection. It means understanding that being true to oneself is the ultimate act of courage. We are often deemed the villain when we stand firmly within our boundaries. ➡️ Sometimes, being the villain in someone else’s story is actually what sets you free. In the end though, it’s not about being the hero or the villain in someone else’s story. From this heart of mine… When you step away from the crowd… You might get a better view of what’s really going on Doing the right thing for the right reason is usually a hard thing to do. It’s also the most important part… To rise above tolerance… To make a difference To know value is an equal right Dignity is after all , a common birthright To do what is right needs the consideration of the results Life learns early about impact, it doesn’t always realize until after the fact Nature always wins, and we all have a different experience The consequences of actions are the results of behaviour, allowed to happen Intention follows slower when it is not held accountable Consideration takes time money can’t buy People are all important In the act of knowing how to do it without hurting others It’s fundamental to know we are all equal It’s consciously criminal to think your’re always right. There are no two lives exactly alike, that in itself is a valid point That’s my take away from the crazy parts of life. Reflecting on the core values makes more sense and better principles to follow Have a great weekend celebrating your life and that of others who celebrate theirs Life is to short to spend it arguing about who is right and who is wrong Respect never hurt anyone! In the complex maze of the modern world, we often stand at life's many crossroads, facing choices that challenge our values and goals. We confront situations that test our resolve, from career dilemmas to personal struggles. In these moments, it's not just about choosing the right path but understanding why one path resonates with us more than another. The wisdom to navigate these choices often comes from within ourselves or from the guidance of those we trust - mentors, friends, or family. The essence of making thoughtful decisions, a theme echoed in ancient teachings, remains relevant today. It encourages us to introspect, align our actions with our true selves, and bravely walk the path that leads to fulfillment and purpose in our ever-changing world.

I dare say... There's a bottom line in every decision made. In simplistic terms, the intention is the guiding factor of why we do the things we do. You and I are the ones who truly know ourselves. We may seek advice, or get mentorship, rehabilitate or do a 21 day program to reset our patterns... But without having tackled our intention of doing what we do, we make decisions that keep us in a loop. We must address our core appetite. Ask yourself the hard question - why am I doing what I'm doing? Then ask yourself again, why? Until you get to the core factor - the true reason. There's a scripture that says; 1 John 2:16-17 NKJV For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. Without God, most, if not all our decisions are governed by the 3 aspects mentioned above. You may deny it, I may deny it. But when we truly silence every noise and ask the why, you and I cannot deny the truth that stares us right in our face. When your desire is, above all else, to do the will of God, that's when we truly defeat or break the 3 aforementioned driving forces in this thing called life.

Random thought for today. Memories are great and should be cherish. Experience good and bad makes you a better person and learn from those experiences. But bottom line use 1 and 2 to MOVE FORWARD. Random thought number 2. As a leader or anyone alwyss good to have a bestie who you can say whatever you want , who puts your feeling first so you can say whatever. Being a leader than lonely is very tough. Can be done but everyone needs a caring voice and someone who you csm talk to . Trust me. Remember those who were mean to do or not supportive. Don’t seek revenge. Waste of time. Don’t waste your time on evil thoughts. Be the better man and show them what they missed out on.
