For those fortunate enough to have been in multifamily 10+ years ago - were 1960s properties viewed the same way then that 1970s properties are today? We have seen more '70s deals this year than any other vintage. Given the recent institutional pullback on pre-1980s assets, the obvious question is whether demand for those assets will recover with the market or lag behind. Any insights from folks that saw this play out with '50s and '60s assets would be greatly appreciated.
