It is recommended you inspect and clear gutters twice a year late spring and early autumn. We recommend at least once a year to inspect where there is minimal chance of build-up, but it is left to the clients’ discretion. Annual roof surveys can be used to spot issues as well as avoid expensive damage and repairs if addressed early. To conform with health and safety a contractor has to be trained to use Horizontal Life Line (HLL) systems if not they have to seek alternative methods, access platform or scaffolding. Both access equipment and especially scaffolding can take time to arrange to be on site and delay works. #healthandsafety #facilitymanagement
