Congratulations to Tiffany Kurtz on being nominated for our July #EmployeeSpotlight! Tiffany's performance, work ethic, creativity, ability to collaborate internally and externally, and general attitude and daily mindset were all taken into consideration when making this decision. She has been a superstar, and we are so excited to celebrate her this month. Thank you for sharing your story with us, Tiffany! 🤩 Title and department: Senior COBRA Client Relationship Manager, Client Services Tenure: 6-years What three words would you use to describe yourself? Kind, giving, and caring What are your favorite hobbies outside of work? My absolute passion is my little family! I was lucky enough to get a second shot at love and marriage in my later years in life and my favorite thing in the world is to love and serve my little family. What is an interesting or general fact about yourself that you like to share? I am completely obsessed with fall and all things Halloween. What is your favorite quote or mantra? "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs What motivated you to pursue your current career? I have always been a giver, and I sprinkle kindness around like glitter. I wanted a job where I not only made a paycheck, but also made a difference in other people's lives. I feel that I can do that in my role here, and I love every single day that I get to do it! What is your proudest professional accomplishment? Being there for someone when they needed it most. What is one tip you would give on how to manage your workload and stay productive? The best way to balance your day is to take stock in every item you have, categorize them by need and urgency, and remain calm and focused on the end result, which is helping everyone in a timely manner. What do you like most about working at Clarity? Helping others. Working on the COBRA side of things, you deal with very delicate situations. Loss of employment, health issues needing coverage, financial hardships - I get to help others in some of their most vulnerable times and make a not-so-great part of their life a little easier. Submit a picture of yourself doing what you love with who you love! I love spending time with my family, hiking and swimming at the gorge, and making creepy Halloween crafts.

Beyond the Labels and Titles. In the whirlwind of everyday life, it's easy to base our identity on our labels or titles. Mum. Dad. Daughter. Husband. Wife. Manager. Director. We tend to view ourselves through these lenses only. But is that all life is really about? Who are we beyond the titles and people we serve. How well are we in touch with our own passions beyond work. Does life have to revolve around this only? Wouldn't we be settling for less by choosing to believe this is all there is? When we can no longer occupy office or when the kids leave home, we will be all we have left. How well do we know our core? Who are you really? What makes you tick? What other area of life do you need to explore? What's next for us? Do you truly know and enjoy your being or rather find solace in your doings? Are you in touch with yourself? I strongly believe we have uncountable untapped potential. We can be anything we want to be. We only need to take the plunge. Today, let's reflect on our beautiful lives and plan for a more awesome future. This is not a dress rehearsal. It's our only life. Let's be relentless in the pursuit of what sets our soul on fire. #LadyMercedes #reflections #livelimitless

Founder of Leaders4CHANGE | Conscious Business Master Practitioner & High-Performance Coach for Purpose-Driven Leaders | Building a better world through conscious leadership & business built for the greater good of all.
Hi. I’m Lynette Let me introduce myself. I’m a first-time granny and older than I look… unless you think I look 55! 🤣 An extrovert adventurer but an introvert at heart. I’m a recovering procrastinator and perfectionist … both of which are exhausting! 😓 A tree hugger, animal lover and huge fan of nature’s perfect imperfection. My home is my sanctuary. It’s on a mountain, close to the beach. I own more books than I will ever read, and I always start my eating plan “tomorrow”. I spent most of my life chasing shiny objects hoping to find joy. 🙄 For many years I believed that I had to leave my job as CEO for a group of engineering steel companies to find my purpose “Out there somewhere…” I finally found my “thing” in 2014, when I learnt that true fulfilment comes from Being and not Doing. This new awareness helped me to bring the best of me to the work I do, and enabled me to lead authentically without compromising who I am – or sacrificing the things that are important to me. It shifted how I showed up with my team … and totally changed my life. Now I have a business where I do what I love all day, every day. Which is: · Helping leaders design fulfilling, purpose-driven careers that are aligned with who they truly are. · Guiding businesses to build inspiring, high-energy cultures that other people want to be a part of. · Making a lasting positive impact in the world and supporting other leaders out there to do the same. That’s me. How about you? I’d love to know more about who you are… 💗

Do you see a difference between these two pictures of me? Not just the sunglasses or makeup, but a deeper, more meaningful difference? Let me share what I see. On the left, I see a woman who has lost her smile. She’s struggling, pouring 250% of herself into her job, yet constantly feeling like it’s not enough. Despite her efforts, she feels unworthy of success or promotion, and even her personal life is weighed down by the stress of work. Each passing day pulls her deeper into a cycle of exhaustion and self-doubt. On the right, I see a woman with a genuine smile—someone who radiates joy. She’s grateful, thriving in every aspect of life, and knows her worth. She believes in herself and embraces the knowledge that she’s capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to. She is free, confident, and limitless. Which one are you? The person on the left, or the one on the right? If you feel like you’re living as the person on the left, drained and defeated by Corporate America, I challenge you to take a step back and reclaim your life. Join me in the freedom of working for yourself, where you control your schedule, pursue what makes you happy, and finally live life on your own terms. If you’re ready to explore this opportunity, comment below or send me a message. I’d love to share more about how you can transform your life too! #corporateAmerica #drain #takebackyourlife #reinventyourself #findyoursmile #transformation #thriving #beyourownboss #bossmentality #lifeisshort #chaseyourdreams #wfw

Sr. Recruiter, Actively hiring for multiple Legal, Accounting, & Finance Roles interested one get in touch with me for new opportunities.
A father told his daughter, "Congrats on your graduation. I bought you a car a while back. I want you to have it now." Before I give it to you, take it to a car dealer in the city and sell it. See how much they offer.” The girl came back to her father & said: "They offered me $10,000 dollars because it looks very old" Father said: "Ok, now take it to the pawn shop". The girl returns to her father & said: "The pawn shop offered $1,000 dollars because it's a very old car & a lot of work done". The father told her to join a passionate car club with experts & show them the car. The girl drove to the passionate car club. She returned to her father after a few hours & told him, “Some people in the club offered me $100k because its a rare car that's in good condition.” Then the father said, "I wanted to let you know that you are not worth anything if you are not in the right place. If you are not appreciated, do not be angry, that means you are in the wrong place. Don't stay in a place where no one sees your value ." The moral of the story : Know your worth and know where you are valued. A diamond doesn't shine on the bottom of a cave.
