Study shows that 62% of millennials do not have a Will or trust, and 34% are unaware of their parents' estate plans. However, it's heartening to know that 58% of them have discussed estate planning with older family members, indicating a generational openness to discussing critical issues. On a positive note, 33% of Gen Z already have an estate plan in place. It's essential to have an estate plan to ensure that your assets are distributed according to your wishes, and your loved ones are taken care of. Have you discussed your estate planning with your family? #estateplanning #financialplanning #millennials #genz

Will Millennials be the richest generation? A recent story in The Guardian says yes, but let's unpack the logic. 💰 🏡 The rationale is very simple: Millennials stand to inherit expensive properties from the Baby Boomers. 🤔 But inheritance alone doesn't guarantee long-run wealth, especially if property values are inflated. 🔍 The optimism about Millennials is good, but we should look to generate wealth through other means than just inheritance. That is helpful fuel, but it won't sustain a lifetime. We need to improve financial literacy and strategic decision-making across the board. #financialplanning #millennials #housing #financialeducation https://lnkd.in/eXT-JQhM
