Our marketing team has been hard at work the past few weeks! We brought the fun to Hartland Kids Day and Oconomowoc Kid's Fest with our Moreland OBGYN booths full of exciting giveaways and clinic information. The Plinko board was a big hit with the kids, and Dr. Stein even joined us at Hartland Kids Day to run the board. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by and helped make these events memorable! #CommunityEvents #MarketingTeam #MorelandOBGYN #EventHighlights #LakeCountry #Hartland #Oconomowoc #WomensHealth #CommunityEngagement #HartlandKidsDay #OconomowocKidsFest #Marketing

Policy brief: ''More People, More Active, More Often for Heart Health. Taking Action on Physical Activity''. VERY relevant for our industry. - Mass-participation events that are made accessible being provided free and which can effectively engage large numbers of individuals, groups and families in being active in a social setting. - Mass events have been effective in increasing walking and cycling. This includes the Ciclovia programme, implemented successfully to mass audiences in complex urban settings. - Events such as car-free-days and road races / mass walks can attract large participation numbers while also setting an advocacy agenda around active mobility and attracting media attention.

🗨️#RunFree2030 Online Chat Recap💬 Q1 of our #RunFree2030 Facebook chat last month was: ❔What is clubfoot and what challenges do children born with clubfoot face in low- and middle-income countries? Visit https://lnkd.in/gVU27b3m to check out the replies or read our summary of the chat below: Clubfoot is a common birth defect where one or both feet are twisted downwards and inwards. It affects around 200,000 children born each year globally. Without treatment, children with clubfoot experience lifelong difficulties, including pain, difficulty walking and exclusion from education and social activities. However, with timely and effective treatment, children can lead normal, active lives. Awareness and accessibility of treatment are crucial in overcoming these challenges and ensuring that all children with clubfoot receive the care they need. Learn more about clubfoot, its treatment, and the challenges of untreated clubfoot on our website: https://lnkd.in/gkNCM326 Add your comments below! #Accessibility #Clubfoot #GlobalHealth

Designing equitable care for kidneys (DECK). We submitted a research grant yesterday for the next phase of our DECK research program. I'm expectant for a season of growth in this work. New season, new creative energy. New virtual identity. Our first logo featured a polished, traditional representation of kidneys. In contrast, our new logo reflects our role in creating something innovative, with each brush stroke symbolizing the messy middle of our work. Finding new ways to identify risk factors and raise awareness about kidney health. Fresh strategies, non-traditional settings, innovative tech, and expansive partnerships. We're shuffling the DECK, aiming for kidney health that’s in check 👏

Senior Planning & Strategy Manager - B2B & B2C - Research & Insight Led Strategy - Brand & Performance Marketing - Campaign Attribution - Real Estate & Charity Specialism
This kid walking service campaign by Multiópticas, an optician in Spain, is so funny it stopped me in my tracks. While it appears shocking, it is promoting a good cause - awareness of childhood myopia - and is hoping to encourage parents to take their kids outside more. But some parents did not like the execution as much... I swear I am not a bad person :D, I am addicted to campaigns that are a bit outrageous just to challenge your thinking. I bet it combines with a low media budget and desperate need to be organically picked up too, but can I blame them? It works, at least on me. #advertising #creative #marketing

Founder / CEO of EduSpots | 2021 Global Teacher Prize Finalist & 2024 Gratitude Network Fellow | ✍️ Sharing my live learnings on community building, education & change.
Many people questioned why I and many others spent so much time working on the development of the EduSpots network over 💃 🥂 or making💰. It was because we could see the direct outcomes of the effort put in, and the significance of the change being created by and for remarkable human beings. We feel proud to share these output statistics from the last quarter in EduSpots - all driven through a 100% volunteer-driven model at the community level and a relatively low (streamlined!) organisational budget. And how do we achieve this? By bringing people together who are genuinely committed to a vision of enabling communities to come together to create the futures they want to see through education. Through investing in the development and growth of a network of 300 local Changemakers, believing in their potential to be social leaders regardless of their education experience, profession or age. The responsibility for change genuinely lies with the communities themselves, who have all played a pivotal role in the development of our model and grassroots network. 📈 We are looking forward to sharing the growth in the next quarter, and sharing further details on outcomes and evidence of impact at the end of 2024! 🥂 Kudos to all the Catalysts in EduSpots, whose efforts this reflects. Here's to #OurCollectiveFuture #reflection #milestones #education #community
