We can all help other people. "When you feel like you've got nothing... And if I am honest, we didn't think we needed support, probably my stubbornness, but we all need support in those difficult times. We can all help other people." Transitions can made or break us. While a change is an external event or situation, a transition is the internal psychological process that we are going through as we are navigating through this change. You might think "I've got this!" yet remember you don't have to "do it all" alone. Asking and accepting support is part of you ensuring you will make it through. And, most of the time, it's not just you who is affected by the change. There's your family, spouse, kids, parents, siblings, your friends, your community members. We can all help other people.
