Very definitely worth the listen.  Investing time into listening to this podcast in particular, but really, any of Clay Conry's Working Cows casts are so well worth it! Whether you are a rancher, a carnivore, omnivore, or full vegetarian, the nutrients in your food come from the soil and the complex soil/plant/animal interactions.  Of course, not only do these complex interactions feed us, they feed every living organism on the planet while also positively influencing climate, water cycle and water quality, air quality, and so much more. Every one of us owes it to ourselves, and more importantly to our kids and future generations to learn as much as possible about to live in sync with all the natural systems we've inherited. Please listen to this podcast and consider attending a Soil Health Academy or any workshop, field day, lecture, or educated poolside conversation around soil health.
