Elvis jumped in (reluctantly 😜) for this week’s #WorkoutWithYourNetwork / #LifeLessonsLearnedFromSquats post! As you can see, he is straight reppin through the weight that I’m really grinding through. We have two lessons here really. Lesson 1: Elvis didn’t just walk out of the womb squatting plates for reps, he had to start somewhere (with just body weight or a barbell) and worked on his form and progressed over time to get where he’s at now. So you might start out level funded and work your way to being in an unbundled self-insured product. Step by step and brick by brick. Lesson 2: I won’t be able to squat as much as Elvis. This is just a reality 🤷🏽♀️ so keep in mind the neighboring company in your building or across from you in the industrial park might be light years ahead of you in their benefits funding strategies.
