As we head into the weekend, let’s take time to celebrate. We often go through our days checking things off our to-do list, but how often do we take time to reflect and celebrate? Often this happens after large milestones are achieved. However, each day, we can find what went well. Perhaps it’s celebrating taking time for ourselves and meditating to bring ourselves back to the present. 🧘🏻♀️ Perhaps we leaned into learning something new. 📚 Or perhaps it was connecting with a colleague or friend, building on the relationship. 🗣️ Let’s find ways to celebrate the micro-moments in our day. Small actions matter over time. And let’s focus on adding self-compassion and kindness for ourselves throughout the day too. #makekindnessthenorm
