Morning Pointe Senior Living's 42nd community, The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer's Center of Excellence, East Hamilton (TN) is coming along in its construction. 🚧 The frame is going up, and the community is expected to open in early 2025. The Lantern will join the campus of Morning Pointe of East Hamilton, located off East Brainerd Road, and will offer 2 levels of memory care – Lamplight for early stages of Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and Lantern for the more advanced stages. This will add early-dementia services to the offerings on campus. 🧠 Please see our latest press release 📰 for more information and updated construction photos: https://ow.ly/XQHK50SYOK9 #UnderConstruction #MemoryCare #SeniorLiving #MorningPointeSeniorLiving #AlzheimersCare

Collective leadership is a fundamental and collaborative principle - one that will be the catalyst for change.
"The power of the Walking the Talk for Dementia event does not lie in any one participant, or in titles and degrees, but in the strength of the collective leadership: a fundamental and collaborative principle that values diversity and equity in decision-making and the distribution of basic rights. We are more than individuals; we are a community grounded in trust, respect, and the championing of vulnerability for greater change!" Fernando Peres, Atlantic Fellow and co-founder of Walking the Talk for Dementia, reflects on the event's successful conclusion over the weekend in Santiago de Compostela. The journey, which ended with a symposium, brought together those living with dementia, their carers and professionals in the field to share experiences and break down the stigma surrounding the disease. #DementiaCare #BrainHealth #GBHI #AtlanticFellows

The GOLD STANDARD in dementia care You can adapt the gold standard in dementia care by simply making some changes to your current system of delivery. If you are not adapting to the new gold standard in dementia care, you may be left behind and keep moving further into an obsolete delivery system. For those who want to move forward, are more visionary with providing a more humanistic delivery of care, the International Caregivers Association wants to have a chat with you at a mutually convenient time. The TDI (Transactional Dementia Intelligence) business model is the creation of Dr. Ethelle Lord at the ICA. Do not delay and stay ahead of the curve! Source: https://lnkd.in/eVk8xn6G

At Remember Me Senior Care, we have designed our neighborhood to meet the complex needs of residents with cognitive decline while allowing them to feel at home.
