Massive thank you to Eduardo Morales for sharing all of his knowledge on posting videos on Linkedln. This morning we learned that people don’t read text anymore—so what’s working on LinkedIn? Key takeaways for LinkedIn growth: 📌 Post videos frequently—video is outperforming written content. 📌 Best time to post? Eduardo posts in morning but rumour has it nights could be better. 📌 A strong mix: 1 written post + 1 video. 📌 Not all content hits—find what resonates for your audience. 📌 Align your content with LinkedIn’s algorithm. 📌 Tools to start? CapCut + a $30 microphone from Amazon. Written content still matters, but video creates more engagement, delivers more value, and converts better 💗

Let's face it; it's tough to stand out on LinkedIn. (The algorithm is fickle and the audience hostile) But there are things that must remain constant. We need to focus on: Being consistent and adding value. They act as the engine driving our growth. The two, can further be helpful to us through: - Authenticity > perfection. Be you. - Share content 3x-5x a week. Give value. - Check your stats. Focus on what works for you. - Support others. React, engage & share other posts. PS: What has been your main challenge on LinkedIn?

LinkedIn’s algorithm LOVES comments. Here's how to take advantage: Comments signal to LinkedIn that your content is engaging. It pushes your post to more feeds, for longer. ✅ Make a shortlist of people you want to be associated with. ✅ Start commenting on 3-5 posts every day. It’s one of the fastest ways to grow your visibility and connections with the right people.

Hey Alexa, how do I win over the LinkedIn algorithm's heart? Alexa: Show it consistency and engagement—it's not like wooing a date, but almost! 😉 Trust me, I'm the kind of person who gives 100% when it comes to impressing someone... So these are the efforts I'm taking to win the algorithm's heart ⬇️ ● Posting 5 days a week: Regular content keeps me on the radar. ● Engaging for 10 minutes daily: I know it's not much, but even this small effort has led to noticeable growth. The result? A steady rise in unique profile visits and followers every week. What are you doing to win over the algorithm?

Tech founders, do you struggle to position yourself as an expert on LinkedIn? Let me clarify, → Posting everyday → Commenting 20 times → Sending connection requests Does not make you a thought-leader, or the go-to expert in the industry. What actually helps? → Sharing your opinions, and unique perspectives. → Sharing your experience, and building authority. → Sharing information, and building connections. It is not about how many times you post, But about what impact your post makes. Are you struggling to find post ideas that help you become the go-to expert in the industry? DM me “content,” I might have something for you! ✨ #contentstrategy #linkedingrowth #personalbranding

LinkedIn is the world’s biggest professional platform with 134.5 million daily active users. But, most people are either lurking or, hoping something will stick. You just need ONE formula to grow here: 👇 Value > Everything I know, everyone talks about “adding value,” but most don’t really explain it. So, let me break it down. Here’s a mini guide to actually delivering value: 1/ Give away your best stuff Stop holding back. Share insights, strategies, or tips that would genuinely help someone—yes, even if it’s part of your “secret sauce.” When you give away something actionable, people remember. 2/ Be relatable No one’s here for a lecture. Make your posts conversational. Share your experience in a way that makes people feel like you’re talking to them, not at them. 3/ Solve a specific problem You’re not here to impress. You’re here to help. Identify your audience’s pain points and directly address them. This shows that you get them. 4/ Tell a story Data is good, but stories stick. Share your lessons through real-life scenarios. Whether it’s a win, a loss, or a lesson learned, stories make your content memorable. 5/ Stay consistent You’re not going to go viral overnight. That’s okay. Showing up with valuable content consistently is how you build trust and authority over time. It’s time to make every post count. #LinkedInGrowth #ValueFirst #PersonalBranding

Can tech founders master LinkedIn (before their competitors do)? The quick answer: Yes. And you should. Here’s why: Being 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩 doesn’t automatically make you 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵— especially to an audience that doesn’t speak your language. Think about it: Maybe some of your audience is genuinely interested in how your API works. But for most— the ones who will actually pay you— the technical details aren’t what they care about. They just care about the problems you can solve: → Saving time → Cutting costs → Increasing productivity This is where storytelling becomes your secret weapon. When you master it, you can: → Simplify complexity into posts people get → Build trust, authority, and relationships → Turn features into relatable insights Because in the end, on LinkedIn, success isn’t about 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧𝘧— it’s about consistently 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱. And connecting with people through stories. (not through specs) Agree?
