🌟Advancing Innovation in Czechia: The European Institute of Innovation and Technology Unveils a New Hub🌟 We are delighted to announce the launch of the EIT Community Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) Hub in Czechia, established by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). This hub will serve as a key resource for local entrepreneurs, researchers, and start-ups, offering access to a broad range of EIT opportunities in education, business creation, and innovation. The Hub's primary objective is to facilitate collaboration among Czech businesses, educational institutions, and research organisations, with the aim of enhancing competitiveness and supporting sustainable economic growth. The Hub will facilitate connections between local innovators and EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs), offering access to funding, mentoring, and networking opportunities across key sectors such as mobility, health, energy, digital transformation, and more. We are also pleased to introduce Eva Mejtová, the EIT Community Officer for Czechia, who will play a central role in coordinating the Hub's activities. Ms Mejtová will act as a liaison between the EIT KICs and national stakeholders, ensuring that Czechia's innovation agenda aligns with EIT's strategic goals and facilitating key partnerships. 📅 The official kick-off event is scheduled to take place on 11 October 2024 at Campus Hybernská, Prague. Attendees will have the option of attending in person or via a hybrid format.
