Para nosotros Distrikt es un ejemplo de Arquitectura Magnética. Para desarrollar este tipo de arquitectura es necesario saber observar, investigar y descubrir esos pequeños polos magnéticos que rodean al edificio, ordenarlos en función de su relevancia e interpretarlos para saber plasmarlos. Desde MORPH, la ría y el mar fue un polo tan importante que eclipsó a todos los demás. Por ello, apostamos por un giro de 45º de las viviendas para garantizar el máximo contacto con el exterior de las estancias principales y un 100% de viviendas con las mejores vistas y orientación solar. Este es el resultado 😎 (en) For us, Distrikt is an example of magnetic architecture. In order to develop this type of architecture, you need to know how to observe, study and discover those little magnetic poles that surround the building, how to arrange them according to their importance and how to interpret them in order to know how to express them. At MORPH, the river and the sea were such an important pole that they eclipsed all the others.
