Extremely insightful article; transformation is “relentless, it’s intense.” There is a good point in here about resilience. I think resilience is very underrated in transformation. Resilience is not the same thing as being static or constant. Resilient organisations are dynamic, innovative and can bounce back from crisis, chaos and huge transformation into a new state, a new way of doing things.
