Last week, we had an awesome team session with Erica C. from Thrive Concepts to dive into our Kolbe A Index results. If you haven’t heard of Kolbe, it’s a tool that helps you understand your natural way of getting things done—not personality or skills, but your instincts. (The graphic shown is Mary Suhre, RN, BSN's results - she volunteered it to show this collarboration) Erica C. helped us see how these insights can make a big difference when working with teammates who have different approaches. It was so cool to see how we all bring unique strengths to the table and how we can adapt to collaborate better. During our meeting, we asked ourselves: “What would you tell a coworker about how you work?” Here’s are some of the answers :) "Give me a deadline" "Be open to new ideas" "Give me the priority" "Tell me what works best for you" "Be happy and positive" "Give me data or give me death" "Shut up and listen!" "Remind me that everything is ok!" The Kolbe session reminded us that teamwork isn’t about doing things the same way—it’s about understanding and respecting how others work best.
