Great news! Because of a change to Michigan Tech's policy on accelerated programs, MTU grads who have earned their bachelor's in the last six semesters (as far back as fall 2022) are now eligible to apply for accelerated programs in fall 2024. (This policy does not apply to students already enrolled in a master's programs.) Additionally, depending on program structure and the permission of your program advisor, prospective students may be able to double-count up to nine approved credits toward their 30-credit accelerated master's degree. And Senior Rule credits may still be used, too. These changes add up to substantial savings, allowing alumni to obtain the value of a master's degree in fewer semesters. And these accelerated programs are available both on-campus at Michigan Tech and online through Global Campus.
